Terps Recruits

Today was the first day of the college national signing period, and the Maryland Terps landed some huge names. They got 5 All-Americans and 13 All-States. 7 of these signings were by 4 star recruits. This is huge for the Terps football program. 16 of the 18 recruits were in the top 100 at their positions and 7 of them ranked in the top 25. The Terps landed 4 of the top 11 recruits in the state, according to rivals.com We got a local recruit, Cody Blue from Wilde Lake High, and Kenny Tate, WR, from Dematha High School, who is considered to be the best WR in school history. With these recruits, the Terps are about to make some big noise in the ACC. Fear the Turtle!

sweet. Any other ACC teams with any top-100 players in the US? because u gotta consider that in order to see how much of an advantage this gives Terps... if there are, terps got some competition comin their way (i hadn't done my homework on that, so i would know). but that's pretty cool, considering they have some nice all-state recruits, it'll be a fun season to watch. ncaa 09 with kenney tate on the cover? who knows....
